I’ve stayed here twice, both times amazing. The staff works so increuhard to ensure you are having a good time. Everyone speaks amazing English which make you feel so safe. Every time you exit in a taxi the license plate is recorded. A mall is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. A down town area is located not to far from the hotel as well and Ruth Chris is a skip and a hop away. If you cross the street and go to the restaurant in the other side of the water you can get some amazingly authentic Mexican food and maybe even see an alligator. This was a great place to stay ! Will be back again. I only suggest more food 24hrs what is provided late night is not enough it is only small pastry’s and for those drinking this is too little

I booked my stay on Booking.com, ordering ocean front and king bed. After waiting over 30mins for a check in I got some back side room with the view over parking garage and backwaters. When reported this to the reception, they told me that theirs reservation system doesn’t show ocean front. Eventually I got ocean view room, but the simplest one possible. No patio or balcony and two double beds instead of requested king one. Looks like Booking.com is not their preferred agency and their customers are not respected. It is sad that this otherwise good hotel is not able to show good customer service at this critical part of the travel experience. I hope this is an isolated incident and others can enjoy their well deserved vacation without unnecessary stress.

This was my first international stay of 2021. Its a small resourt with a beautiful beach. The food was okay and the rooms are solid. I felt safe with how they socially distanced and was pleased with the overall cleanliness. Above all the staff was helpful, professional, and provided good service. As a World Travelers I would stay here again! Thank you.

We stayed at resort for 6 nights and 5days . It's a well maintained resort with constant cleaning inside and outside at pools. They have 3 pools and we enjoyed the music and activities . We had a balcony with ocean views and it was the best decision we took.We are vegetarian and the restraunt staff took notes and got us fresh and hot food to our table. Overall it's a pleasant stay 😌Alexandria at the buffet place was the best she was very attentive and easy to work with.All the staff members were awesome and willing to help but one in the premium lounge(Andrea) not friendly at all and unwilling to reserve for some restraunts and said they were full ,while another person in the lobby took care of it. When we went to the restaurant they were plenty of seats available. That's the reason for 4 stars.
