We showed up to a room that wasn't made, waited 3 hours for dinner which was terrible. Everyone just tries to up sell you. The booze is cheap, spend the extra money and go to a nice resort. So far we haven't felt like anyone here cares about us or in providing good service. It's like they know they already have your money so now your on your own. They even tried to lie about our room not being made after we went down stairs, but I took pictures with the employee in it who took us to our room. I have 3 more days here I hope it changes.

The room was nice view and clean. The staffs were friendly and kindly.The coffee shop was on the right of the lobby closed till 11:00pm. There was two dinners restaurant the named The grill& the other Italian food.The Italian one was so busy because of the unavailable staff,take the tips only,not cleaning the table for the customers.Not recommend.Would you try only the cheaper price? Maybe you like it.

Stayed here for 4 days. The Resort was clean, sanitary and most of all...Friendly. The staff were all amazing, but by far the staff member that stood out the most was Jorge in the buffet. Absolutely amazing. Took care of us every time we ate at the buffet. Remembered our names and had 5 star service everyday!

Our stay here was a very very poor experience. It all started with the way some staff member acted. Keep in mind we paid for an all inclusive experience and yet when we asked for drinks they acted like it bothered them on top of that the drink were very poor in quality. Then we waited 45 min for a certain restaurant called the Risotto and on top of the 45 min wait for this fancy restaurant we waited 2 hrs for a serving of 3 tiny ravioli. The waiter never came by to check on us or ask us if we wanted appetizers or refills on our wine. The Room had some issues such as a broken telephone and broken shower head which took 2 days for them to fix after we initially complained. We paid for a 5 night stay at this resort and on our last day our flight wasn't scheduled to leave until 6pm and our checkout was at noon so we had no where else to go. They said in order for us to stay on property we had to pay an additional $40 to stay until 4pm after we had already paid around $1500 to stay at the resort.A couple of staff members were pleasant but it was only the breakfast employees.Very very bad experience and I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Let's start with the good. The resort looks great with wonderful beach views. The service staff was really nice. The meal I enjoyed the most was breakfast each day. There is a pharmacy attached to one of the facility buildings so taking a COVID test was convenient to handle without having to leave the premises. It was also easy to catch a shuttle to various locations.The bad. I'm not sure my room was ever cleaned during my stay. We had to request towels on multiple occasions as we would return to our room with none available. Initially, the hot water was barely working (even with quick showers) which eventually crapped out completely. Maintenance had to come and replace a part for us to have consistent hot water.The food was okay, but nothing spectacular. Again, I enjoyed breakfast the most. The way the grille operated during the midday hours was not effective. Plates would just sit on the counter and people would not know which order was theirs as many looked similar but were not the exact same.On the last night of my stay I tried to order room service as they did not have a to-go option at the restaurants. I called multiple times only for someone to pick up the phone but not say anything. You could tell they only answered it to stop the ringing. I would say hello but no response from the other end. I could hear them taking reservations for people coming to the restaurant in person. I gave up after 45 minutes of calling back and forth. My roommate finally got through to them. We waited over two hours for our food to arrive only to have received an incomplete meal. By this time, the kitchen was closed.The staff was always pleasant, but they need better management with effective processes put in place.
