How to find us

When you arrive at the airport depending on your flight is your terminal, some of the flights arrive in terminal 3, others in terminal 4 and others in terminal 2. If you don't know in which airline your flight arrives click here to see the table.

We know that once you arrive at Cancun International Airport the next thing to do is to declare at customs, and once you are done at customs the next step is to collect your luggage. Usually this takes approximately 40 minutes (Please, if you find that it is taking you more than 40 minutes, contact us to avoid NoShow), so we understand that it may take you up to 40 minutes to leave the terminal where you arrived, but where can I find them leaving the terminal where you arrived?

Terminal 3

Outside Terminal 3 is the "Margarita Ville" Bar, our staff will be waiting for you in front of the bar with a sign with your name on it.

Terminal 4

Outside Terminal 4 is the "Welcome Bar" our staff will be waiting for you in front of the bar with a sign with your name on it.

Terminal 2

Very similar to Terminal 4, outside Terminal 2 is the "Welcome Bar" our staff will be waiting for you in front of the bar with a sign with your name on it.
