ABOUT OUR RATES
10 minute stop for purchase of drinks & snacks
Collections in more than 1 terminal or hotel (contact us to quote cost).
Quotes provided through any of our communication channels are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed unless the client registers a reservation within 24 hours after receiving the quote (prepayment is not required to keep the rate as long as you get a BOOKING ID). If your travel dates are far away and your planes may change, you can book and modify the details at your convenience (see cancellation and change policies).
Our fares cover only one trip per group, so if your group's arrival is split across different flights, please contact us in advance to accommodate them.
Our rates are advertised in US dollars, however you can pay in Mexican Pesos at an exchange rate subject to daily changes, if your payment will be in cash you must confirm the equivalent in PESOS 1 day before.
To pay online in PESOS you can request a reservation in Pesos through our whatsapp chats, messenger or email.
PASSANGERS ARRIVING ON MULTIPLE FLIGHTS
PICK UP AT 2 DIFFERENT TERMINALS: If your party is split in different flights and you had agree to meet at a certain time to take the same shuttle, you may take the free shuttle that transfers you to any other terminal (Cancun airport has 4 terminals), But if for some reason this is too complicated for you and need us to pick you up at 2 different terminals, you'll have to cover a second terminal access fee for the vehicle (5usd).
For this you must make sure that the flights arrive at similar time. If for some reason one of the flight gets delayed to a certain time impossible for the rest of the group to wait for, the service will be provided with the arrived ones and the delayed ones will have to arrange another transfer.
Credit/Debit Card payments are not available with phisycal terminals upon pick up. Only possible to do so online through Paypal or Stripe links provided during booking process or through our contact channels, therefore make sure to pay your reservation the day before you travel in order to ensure you have Wi-Fi to do so.
REMEMBER CASH PAYMENTS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PICK UPS FROM AIRPORT
If you have decided to pay in cash at arrival, you must mannifest it atleast 48hrs prior to pick up in order to have a vehicle assigned, Otherwise we'll leave your reservation as pending to asign until you contact us and availability is not warrantized.
We take cash in MXN and USD only. Make sure to have cash in exact amount as our drivers won't carry funds for change
Round trips booked with cash payment must be paid full cost of the two trips upon arrival, no parcial payments are accepted.
DELUXE transfers must be pre-paid online atleast 24hrs prior in order to have it confirmed.
HOW IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?
Our website will not stop you from booking the night before your trip but be prudent to confirm directly with our customer service team to make sure your request can be accumplished.
We take our responsibility, regarding the operation of arrivals and departures for your guests, very serious; therefore, we require all your flight arrival/departure information a minimum of 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Cancellations can be made by e-mail or WhatsApp, 48 hrs Before the service date.
Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee.
Changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee.
You must speak personally to our customer service staff. Do not have the hotel travel agent or concierge call. We all speak English.
Caribe Shuttle Cancun will refund, within 7 business days of such written notice all deposits for its services made. Minus actual expenses like PayPal Commission or or withholdings incurred by Caribe Shuttle Cancun.
In the event of situations in Mexico, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of government, civil disorder, war, epidemics, strikes or any other similar situation that may be deemed as unsafe or unfit by CLIENT, neither Caribe Shuttle Cancun nor any of its suppliers will be held responsible.
BOOKING MODIFICATIONS: Contact our customer service through the contact numbers stated on your voucher if any changes are needed. Once fixed, click on your confirmation link again to see the updates. It is your responsibility to make sure that your voucher details are all correct, please read your vouchers carefully.
LAST MINUTE CHANGES:
ARRIVALS: We track all incoming flights. However, any flight changes must be reported to our customer service office immediately.
Delayed arrival flights maximum waiting time is 2 hours. We assist our customers in every possible way to make new arrangements. We reserve the right on arrival service to deny changes between 9pm & 5am.
DEPARTURES: Changing pick up time the same day of the service is subjected to availability, if the current operation doesn't permit the change you get to choose between keeping original pick up time or cancelling with right to partial refund.
TOLERANCE WAIT On arrival transfers we consider and after landing process between 40-60 min which is not necessary to request on the booking form, it is considered by default for you to go through customs and claim your luggage. But if we don't hear from you after 60min. the vehicle is retired and penalization fees could be applied.
Pick ups at hotels will have a maximum 10 minutes wait, before we call it a no-show.
HOW DO I SET THE TIME OF PICK UP AT THE HOTEL? When booking on our website, you only need to enter the departure time of the flight and it will automatically schedule the best pick-up time according to your hotel location and upon receipt of your confirmation, the hotel pick-up time It will be stated in the confirmation voucher.
You can request to change the return collection time for your convenience through our customer service channels. However, changing it with a very tight margin will be your responsibility.
