Upon arrival to the hotel, I was almost in shock that my brother and I were being greeted with champagne. We already knew this was a great kickoff to a vacation. Check in was easy and the room was ready at the time we arrived to the hotel (13:00), which was honestly a plus. Although when we arrived to our room, we noticed that the property itself and the room was a little outdated HOWEVER, the exceptional service and gratuitous atmosphere that the staff provided us is what ultimately led us to overlook the small areas for improvement and solely rate based off the overall experience and what the resort had to offer within itself. The beach was AMAZING & very very CLEAN!In terms of the drinks, they were great, since the resort serves their guests well known quality liquors. The food was also great too, each of their casual+formal dining restaurants/snack & lunch bars/and buffets had something unique to offer to your taste buds. I know that some people will have mixed opinions in terms of how they rate their vacation, but since both my brother and I are in our 20’s, we are pretty laidback and easygoing. The one and two star ratings you may see are from guests who don’t see their all inclusive vacation at face value, but instead seek to ruin the image of a brand while they likewise indulged in their package and amenities while they stayed at the resort. One thing I do have to say to close this review and to all incoming travelers, PLEASE TIP YOUR SERVERS/BARTENDERS/ROOM SERVICE STAFF. Just like those employed in the food & beverage industry have been impacted by the pandemic in the US, it is no different in Mexico. If you take care of your servers, they will remember your face and name throughout your stay! Guaranteed!
