There is one waiter by the pool, buy he only serves the timeshare guests. If you're not a timeshare person, you have to get your own drinks. But don't worry, it's just up a flight of stairs and across a slick floor. By the beach there is nothing. No chairs, no service...nothing. Room service costs $5, bit I hope you aren't hungry or thirsty after 11pm, because NOTHING is open - not a restaurant or bar, not recommend service (even though it's listed in the app), nothing. The Viva Mexico restaurant is my favorite, but it's not open every day. Oh, and take your smart phone everywhere. It's the only way you can get a menu. The a/c in our room went out and it took almost 4 hours for them to do nothing. They finally agreed to give us a different room after we complained 5 timesUnfortunately the room had 2 double beds and no roll away (we are currently in a king with a roll away) so we declined.Even though the pools are open until 9 pm, you cannot find pool towels after about 6 or so.I will say the concierge was helpful, the bartenders are very nice, and most of the food is decent (the choices are just very limited).I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere.
