Although the resort was fun and staff was great, the rooms and activities left a lot to be desired. This was one of the worst rooms I've ever had on a vacation. There was only the bed with 2 nightstands in the room. It was very minimalistic. The resort did not seem to care even after making complaints, including the balcony door not working and poor cleaning of the room. The housekeeping continuously removed dirty towels/washcloths and did not replace them. I'd had to call servicing multiple times one day just to get clean washcloths. I was able to make the most of my stay because of the other visitors and fun atmosphere. If you are interested in anything other than drinking and partying, this may not be the place for you.

My stay at Temptation Cancun resort was awesome both times. I went for my birthday at the end of September and had a blast. I met so many cool down to earth people that I vibed with. The vibe was so cool we made it our mission to return together and we actually made it happen. 13 of us reunited at Temptation for New years 2021. Another epic time! I can't wait to return. The staff at Temptation is very kind and attentive to your needs. The energy of the entertainers is infectious. They are there to make sure you have a good time and they always put on a great show. Georgina, Sandy, Mar, Alejandra, "Baby Face", and "The Rock" are all awesome entertainers. The rest are great as well, but one can only recall so much when having such a great time and meeting so many cool people there. Temptation is definitely an experience that I'll keep returning to for years to come. Maybe you'll read this and see me there later this year. Who knows?! 🤷🏾‍♂️

My only complaint is the rooms could be better, they don't have mirrors and the floors tend to be very slippery. They definitely did the bare minimum and need a "glow up". The food was good and the drinks were even better! I spent every day here drunk and topless and that's what vacation is about. Tons of excursions. The staff is friendly, we loved Kenya! I came with my boyfriend, will be back with driends!

Just got back from Temptations and wow was I impressed. We went there expecting a party and got much more. The food was great, the sexy pool was so fun, the customer service was better than snywhere else I've ever been. Extremely clean resort. The best part was the people we met. While down there. I'm not sure how they do it, but this place definitely has it figured out. We will be back again for sure.

The food is little better than average and the property is pretty especially the pool however DONT drink the alcohol EVER. If you want to be curled up around a dirty hotel toilet all night in pain then drink the alcohol. You don’t realize how dirty the toilet is till you and your partner are hugging the toilet all night. It’s unfortunate when hotels decide to use fake bootlegged liquor in the bottles of brand you know and love. You wont notice the fake alcohol at first with a mixed drink. It’s scary not knowing what we put in our body but with the severe body pains, migraine, chills, and vomiting all night I know it’s not good. Imagine a hangover 10x that lasts 15 hours.We started out happy at the pool and turned into a horrible experience for my girlfriend and I. Don’t even think about trying to talk to the Manager Lady. She’s very rude and doesn’t have the slightest clue about customer service or any compassion, if I could give her a Negative 5 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for a trusted name hotel and not Temptations. Having stayed at dozens of hotels in Cancun I can tell you this is the ONLY hotel we have ever experienced this. It can be hard to resist the price but in the end you get what you pay for.We had no idea the hotel was topless but was a fun surprise. Just expect to see 90% of the people topless 50 and older that you wish were not.Also the restaurants they have are very small so if you don’t make a reservation at least a day before you will find yourself eating the same buffet every meal. But tips go a long ways for them finding room to make a reservation
