Cabo del Este is a tourist corridor which comprises a wide coastline facing the Sea of Cortes, in which stand out the bays of Palms, Los Frailes, La Rivera, Cabo Pulmo and Punta Colorada, where in recent years an important hotels and service infrastructure has been developed and has allowed the growth of populations such as los Barriles and Buena Vista, among others.
ACTIVITIES TO DO IN CABO DEL ESTE.
Sport fishing is the main activity in Cabo Del Este and the region has gained international fame as the world capital of the Marlin and is not false advertising. The sport fishing fleet consists of 200 boats that sport fishermen can reserve to go out in search of the most coveted species of the region such as marlin, dorado, rooster fish, swordfish and sailfish with a high season that goes from May to October.

ATTRACTIONS OF CABO DEL ESTE.
Marine Park Cabo Pulmo. This park is a Protected Natural Area, whose main attraction is an impressive coral reef considered the only one in the Sea of Cortes. A paradise for divers and snorkelers. This important underwater ecosystem of crystalline waters is home to multicolored fish, pelagic species and mammals such as whale sharks, hammerhead sharks, dolphins, manta rays, turtles and humpback whales. Sport fishing is carried out 10 miles offshore, an area suitable for catching marlin, goldfish, sailfish and tuna.
In the Village of Cabo Pulmo there are bungalows, ecotourism huts, restaurant service and a diving center with expert operators and certified instructors who will provide you with the equipment and all the facilities, so that you can safely enjoy the experience.
The faces offered by the Baja California Peninsula are as varied as plentiful. In the middle of Sierra de la Trinidad, on the route between Cabo Del Este and Los Cabos, you will find picturesque towns and small communities that still have traditions and activities that will captivate you.
Located in the limits of Los Cabos this population was founded in 1721 under the name Mission of Santiago de los Coras. This place has the only zoo that exists in Baja California Sur and also has a small museum of giant fossils, enriched with the great amount of marine remains (shells of mollusk, bones of whales and others) found in the high parts of the mountain range, which shows that millions of years ago this zone was part of a great sea.
In the vicinity of Santiago, approximately 5 miles to the south, are the springs of hot springs which are ideal for the enjoyment of tourists. The specific points are Agua Caliente (also known as Los Manantiales). El Chorro and Santa Rita.
Also belonging to Los Cabos, this town was founded in 1700 by French sailors. Formerly was called Rancho Viejo, but due to the abundance of flowers and beautiful women, now is called Miraflores. Here exists the only saddlery in the state that works the skin, which is manufactured in the form of briefcases, belts, covers, shoes, handbags and huaraches.
SAN BARTOLO. It belongs to the municipality of La Paz. In a significant proportion this place lives of the passage of travelers who make a stop to enjoy a reach meal in their restaurants, while taking advantage to buy from a great variety of fruit products that are made there.
