This is my happy place in the whole world. My spouse and I keep coming back because the villas/rooms are so gorgeous, spacious, modern with that home-feel touch. I love the sweet details all around, beautiful flowers in the bathroom, a decorative gift every evening that they bring to your room and the twice-a-day service to keep your room clean is just top notch. We love the staff so much. Not only they are super friendly, happy and kind but also provide amazing service. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Maricela and Maria Elena for making our wedding so incredible and dreamy. Maria Elena went out of her way even on the days she was not supposed to be working!!! and so supportive and generous - They are all so out of this world. Luis was super nice to make me a special healing drink when I feeling unwell from eating all the delicious foods and drinking too much tequila haha.... This place is magical and so far the BEST paradise spot in the world - hands down. So happy to have been married here and we are already planning to coming back in a few months. This is my home away from home and the staff is my soul family.

I stayed at this amazing hotel for a week. the rooms are huge, its very clean, and the staff follow strict covid guidelines. Breakfast and lunch options were awesome, however, they can do better with dinner. I would have preferred more Mexican food options and more outdoor & adventure activities for the guests. Overall, excellent service and stay, I would go back to the same hotel.

WORKERS WENT THROUGH MY SUITCASE, MANAGER MADE IT SEEM LIKE IT WAS NORMAL : I had a very hard time writing a bad review for this resort during a time when the hospitality industry is suffering so much. My sisters and I stayed at this resort at the beginning of December. I’ve visited Mexico various time and try to stay somewhere new every time. I chose Puerto Morelos because I wanted my sisters to experience a more authentic part of Mexico other than visiting via cruises or work related. They were very worried over Covid 19 guidelines and personal safety but all their concerns were put to rest as soon as we were picked up from the airport. We were welcomed with personal sanitizing kits and cold bottle water. The resort was very clean, beautiful and the staff were nice and attentive. We quickly started enjoying ourselves, relaxing on the beach with delicious cocktails. I have left my wallet, as I usually do when I travel, in my suitcase but in a very concealed pocket. That night I noticed I was missing $20 but I assumed I just didn’t remember where I had spent it but the following night I was missing another $20. When I went to the service desk to speak to the manager, he was apologetic but seemed unfazed by my complaint and I was told the Guests Relation Manager will contact me. The rest of the trip had us tense the entire time worrying about what might be taken from our suitcase next. My sisters and I left this resort very disappointed with this experience and when the Manager called me he sounded sympathetic and concerned about my bad experience. He offered an upgrade if i would return to the resort (upgrade if I spend again.. convenient) and I thanked him and asked him to please get back to me on the outcome of the investigation. As much as I hate the idea of someone losing their job during this time, I wanted the person responsible held accountable for touching and sorting through my clothes and belongings in order to steal from guests. Unfortunately, almost 2 months have gone by and I’ve never heard from the Cesar Escandon, Guests Relation Manager.

The hotel and facilities are exceptional, has one of the best beaches, white sand and cleaned daily, what set them apart is the awarding service provide by Cesar Escandon Guest Service Manager he will do whatever it takes to make your stay unforgettable, he takes care of every single detail for your pleasure, I highly recommend this paradise very well located.

That place deserves a 5-star rating! The service is amazing. The staff is awesome! Due to COVID, the food variety was limited, but the quality was awesome! My wife and I traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and we never came back to a single resort. This place made us change our mind. We'll definitely come back.The room was clean and spacious. The room service was topnotch!Special thanks to Jose, Emanuela, Cesar, Jazmin, Daniela!
