Our stay was EXCELLENT! We just left after hosting a group of 42 people for our wedding and everyone had an amazing time. I was definitely a little nervous about hosting so many people and what their opinions would be of the place we chose but in the end it was great! If you are considering getting married there, definitely do it! Emmanuel was an absolute pleasure to work with and completely planned our wedding in less than 3 months. Every detail was perfect including some specific flower upgrades that I requested. Also the bartender Eduardo was awesome and the server Alfredo at the beach. The entire staff was extremely attentive, personable, and some would crack jokes that had us in tears laughing. Such an amazing time! The only negative was that I heard Daniel constantly asking to be taken care of (like tipping him) every time we saw him and I know for a fact that our group was tipping a lot the whole time. I saw a few cousins handing out $10-$20 dollar bills constantly when they were receiving drinks or food or being helped with arranging dinner tables. I think it’s rude to ask people to “just take care of me” over and over when you are already being tipped generously over the course of 5 days. Other than that everything was amazing!

Excellent !!!! We just spent 8 days at your wonderful clean and safe resort. We would like to recognize a few of your staff that were amazing. First, upon arrival we checked in with Ivan at the front desk and he was very professional and efficient. We would also like to give great credit to Jonathan Hernandez for his smile and great service upon our arrival. Next, Luna from UVC was a great asset to your resort with his wealth of knowledge and expertise about NOW Jade. The resort was definitely clean and well taken care of during our stay. Food was excellent as always with great service in ALL the restaurants and bars on the resort. Our favorite bartender had to be Cesar with all others right below him with service and professionalism. Karen was a favorite cocktail server with a great positive attitude. But, by far our favorite (MVP) of the resort was ANGEL (pool service). Everyday he was speaking with everyone by name and his work ethic was outstanding. ANGEL was first-class and took care of everyone !!! Carlos and Jade from the SPA were also outstanding in their service and professionalism. We would highly recommend your resort to everyone interested in being treated first-class all the way !!!!

Overall Now Jade was a nice hotel! Appearance wise it undergoing some construction and you can tell they must’ve been affected by the hurricane because there was a lot of damaged trees and water in places that shouldn’t have been. There aren’t as many activities to do on this particular resort I would say then others I have visited, however because we came for relaxation this time we were ok with that. The spa was amazing they get 5 stars from me. The beach is smaller and has a very short shoreline so if you are looking for a hotel with a nice beach this hotel may not be for you. We opted to stay near the pool area for swimming as the waters seemed rough and due to the small shoreline the water came up much too high. The food was average if I’m being honest. The mid day lunch at the international cafe was my least favorite the food was sub par at best. Hands down the best restaurant was the French place. Best service best ambiance and quality of food we had the entire time. The Italian place was also very good. The path to get here I probably would not recommend, we are taught to not ride through standing water but the only paths to get to this place were filled with multiple huge parts with standing high waters, I was nervous out of my mind. We overall had a nice experience for what it was but I would probably choose a different resort next time. We also had a issue with our room where the ceiling Over the tub has a leak and it starting to fall Down, they were able to swap us to a different room so that was appreciated and the new room was much better with a different view that didn’t look like wastelands.

I spent eight days here.I am extremely disappointed and I travel abroad quite often. Even though I spent a fortune here and message me if you'd like to know how much this place does not represent itself as it says it does to its clients. If you are looking for a vacation I would go somewhere else unless you enjoy being taken advantage of. The photos that are available are not photos for everyone please keep that in mind when you decide to book your next trip. Upon arriving I spent an additional $800 just because the rooms that they said were available to us were not available to us so I had to either take what they had or spend additional funds to enjoy my stay. Also the all-inclusive is a complete lie if you enjoy cheap liquor then this is your place because they do not have anything else worth wild. And to be honest I feel worse for the employees because I feel that they are being taken advantage of as well. The sad part is a beautiful resort but do not go here they will try to Hornswoggle people just to get them there. Which is an extremely sad state of affairs.

The hotel is advertised as 5 stars although the quality of the rooms does not meet the expectations of such rating. Currently during the COVID-19 situation the should be some minimum measurements of safety which they are not strict about, you see many guests in the buffet in line without a face mask even when there are signs everywhere that that it’s mandatory and the supervisors or waiters don’t call their attention, when you complain about it they tell you they they try to tell people who don’t wear it to do so but they get mad about what? The rest of the people might have to pay for this irresponsible persons? On the other hand you cannot show up at the breakfast or lunch buffet located next to the pool wearing a tank top, only women are allowed... in what age are we living? They are super strict about this and not about wearing an actual face mask?Our room was very dirty when we arrived, even found a hair on the bath tub together with a series of other things... honestly if you want to pay for an average service go ahead but definitely they could improve a lot on many things.The breakfast options are very limited compared to other hotels I have visited in the Mayan Riviera, the dinner restaurants are definitely much better.Due to the problems we had they upgraded our room and tried to compensate us for the inconveniences but this things should happen since we weren’t the only ones who experienced it.
