From the moment we walked in the staff was very friendly and helpful their were many people checking in at the same time we were but the check in process was fairly quick. Moises helped us with our bags and showed us to our room, even gave us his personal phone number in case we had questions or needed anything! Our room was ocean front just as requested and the view was fantastic! The rooftop bar was also a great uncrowded place to hang out We enjoyed all of the food options , we tried a little of everything and we liked it all! The staff that worked the beach chair areas we great as well … they came by often and took great care of us. The entire property was clean snd well maintained. We have traveled to several places in Mexico and this was our best trip yet .. everything went smoothly and it was a fantastic relaxing time, And we highly recommend starting your day with a massage from Luci on the beach in front of the resort .. she wand her daughter are great We will be back in a few months for sure !

First of all we came to This facility last June and sat in a presentation but never took the tour.  We were staying in a two bedroom for four days. In October I used our two all inclusive certificates for 2 rooms for March 11.  In December we asked if we could upgrade to both certificates to be a 2 bedroom and paid over $1000 for it. When we got there the first reservation for March 11 couldn’t be found but I had finally received confirmation of both which I showed them. Krystal put us in an apartment next door. Plus we had to put a credit card down due to the fact we had no reservation.  We also waited until after 5:30 to get a room. 2 days shot of our 7 day Vacation due to trying to get things straightened out. Day 3 of our vacation shot for 4 hour discussing how we don’t have what we thought we had. Day 4 spent 4 hours discussing our contract. Nothing resolved. Friday left for airport. Obviously not happy with spending half of our vacation dealing with the reservations. Kathi B

We stayed here with a group for a Wedding, at first I made a reservation for Ocean view for $259 a night. Later I upgraded to Ocean Front for $539, after reading positive reviews & thinking I could get an ocean front view, stocked refrigerator and coffee maker. The view we had on the seventh floor had a cement wall you could not see over when sitting, there was no refrigerator & no coffee for coffee maker. We paid 2X as much for less, my husband complained and filled out an incident form. Asked to change rooms-our friends paid less with nice views, fully stocked refrig. and coffee maker. The front desk said there were no rooms available and would bring a ref. and coffee/ or maker. After calling they brought the wrong coffee and finally brought the right kind for the coffee maker 2 days later. The last day, Angel knocked on our door and asked if we wanted cold drinks, we said we had no refrigerator, he came back immediately with a small refrigerator (why couldn't the front desk bring one our first day when we complained?) The food at the Japanese restaurant was salty, at the Italian restaurant my son ordered ravioli and got one, one of our friends got ill after the breakfast buffet. They cleaned our room by taking used towels and not replacing them, so had to dry off with a hand towel until they brought some. People held chairs with their towels early in the morning and there weren't enough chairs around the adult pool. When we checked out we asked Pedro to talk to the manager, my husband waited 1/2 hr. and he said he could not do anything because it was a Holiday. After we checked out we stayed at the Hyatt Z all inclusive- excellent service, 5 star food and about the same price as we paid at the Krystal after upgrading:)

Our trip to the Krystal Grand Resort in Los Cabos was Fantastic! When we arrived we were met by Moises, Who helped with our bags, registration and bringing our luggage to our room. Moises was very courteous and professional, a tribute to this resort. We upgraded our accommodations, and Moises was there again to assist in the process, which made our move so simple! We would frequently run into Moises at the resort, always a pleasant experience. When you arrive at the Krystal Grand, ask for Moises, you can ‘t go wrong! Moises, Thank you for making our stay a memorable escape.

We showed up to a room that wasn't made, waited 3 hours for dinner which was terrible. Everyone just tries to up sell you. The booze is cheap, spend the extra money and go to a nice resort. So far we haven't felt like anyone here cares about us or in providing good service. It's like they know they already have your money so now your on your own. They even tried to lie about our room not being made after we went down stairs, but I took pictures with the employee in it who took us to our room. I have 3 more days here I hope it changes.
