3 stars mostly as for the service in comparison to the price. For the money you pay at this hotel, you would expect great service, friendly staff etc. Below are a few notes which I based my review on:- On arrival, they cannot park your car because the guy in front doesn’t have a driving license.- Service at the restaurant is not great either - a few times we asked for coffee and the guy was overwhelmed with orders and other people and forgot it.- Another time we asked for drinks in the beds near the sea and waited for 30 minutes to get them. - When the staff isn’t tipped (or is tipped about 10%) they are unhappy and don’t even say hi/bye to you- Upon check out we requested for someone to take the bags to reception - no one came for about 15 minutes so we carried them ourselves- The quality of the room itself was a bit poor - some things are worn out, tiles in the bathroom were falling off and creating a mess on the floor, the bathroom door wouldn’t close so we had to ask someone to come and fix it- Staff often don’t wear masks or wear them on their mouths only, especially cleaners who don’t seem to wear them at all when in the room (noticed a few times)- Pillows are horrendous - for reference, they feel like a deflated air mattress - they are puffy but once you put your head on them, your head goes down and the pillow goes around it. Very unpleasant. Hence we had trouble sleeping. The first night the bed smelled strongly of chlorine. We asked to get it changed and they did.Overall, the hotel is nice, the views are beautiful, food is good (only had breakfast there), concierge service was good too and very helpful. I’d give it 5 stars if the price was about 200/300 USD cheaper per night. For 700 a night some of the things mentioned are completely out of place.
